Alright so on March 9th I'm going to my first Wings' game with some buddies, we're from Toronto but we're gonna drive up there for a weekend and watch the wings take on Nashville.... I was wondering what the best way to get an octopus into the Joe would be? should I just buy a small one then like saran wrap it to my leg and keep it under my seat until I want to throw it...? and if I get caught throwing it do I get kicked out? lol... I wanna throw one but I just wanna make sure I don't get kicked out or arrested or some s***, I don't mind getting kicked out if it's the last few minutes but I just wanna know as much about it as possible.. how much do they cost anyways thanks

I think basically what you said. The way I see it is he's a skilled player who at times can fit in, and he puts up decent point totals, but his skill level is waaay below the rest of the team (skilled guys, anyways). A good example of this is when we had a PP and we spent about 1:30 in their end creating chances, Rafalski got a chance to sub off for Samuelsson and 2 seconds later Zetterberg sends a pass to the point and Samuelsson can't control it, almost resulting in a breakaway. He usually half-heartedly finish his hits, but finishes them none the less, but I haven't noticed that since the playoffs started. More often than not when he ends up with the puck we lose possession either to a giveaway, getting knocked off the puck, or a low quality shot on net. I hope he thanks god every night for giving him a right handed shot because that is the only reason he is still on the team and, sadly enough, the PP. Him and Chelios (Lilja at times), are the weakest links in the line up in my opinion. Chelios' hockey sense is great at times but his weaknesses have been showing much more than his strengths recently, he is easily beat wide and too slow and weak to play his style of game effectively like he did in his prime. Other than that I am 110% satisfied with out line up.

Datsyuk Kronwall Osgood Drake played amazing throughout the entire series and lead the forecheck as well but no where near MVP worthy Hudler was finishing

I guess that doesn't make it "right" but any parent who is taking their child to a game knows the "consequences"

If you're taking your little kid to a Flyer's playoff game, or any playoff game, you have to expect your child to hear things like that... what's the difference between that and the chant that 30 teams in the league use when the ref makes a bad call, "BULLs***......BULLs***...."

I don't see whats wrong with that... I used to do that a lot when I was like 14-15 on the PP

he is cocky and arrogant but I have to admit I like watching games on TSN when he is between the glass and when he does international competition... he just gets so passionate about the game and it adds a bit to it, maybe it's just me though

most likely he was a late bloomer and missed his draft year

Filppula Zetterberg Holmstrom Franzen Datsyuk Samuelsson Cleary Draper Drake Hudler Abdelkader McCarty Split the scoring a bit on the top 6, get Cleary back into workhorse mode like he was in last year's playoffs, Hudler on the 4th line giving it a little creativity on offense and ride Abdelkader's adrenaline rush until he shows the team that he can't play a high tempo, responsible crash and bang game. Hartigan has been hitting but that isn't his game, I'd rather have someone who is more comfortable and familiar in that role.
