I hate to admit it too, but I kind of have to agree. There's obviously some reason we've lost roughly 11 out of 13 games to SJ the last two years. They just always get us somehow and this game is shaping up like all the others. I will still have my faith, but my god I don't want another heartbreaker tonight. LETS GO WINGS! BELIEVE!

Score some more goals and no more penalties. That last goal we gave up was embarrassing. Gotta keep the pressure on.

We're okay, I feel a goal coming. I would say Cleary, I don't know why.

We lost because our third and fourth lines quit scoring. In the past when we've been good, we've had great timely goals from our third and fourth lines who've been able to give us an edge in one-goal games. That's why it hurt losing guys like Samuelsson and Hudler. I also want to see the defense worked upon, I'm hoping Babcock's mancrush on Lilja is going to end. Rafalski played bad as well. I thought the refs were bad, but I can't put all the blame there because we lost too many face-offs, too many other things that determine a team's fate. I'm not pissed at the team at all though, this felt like a rebuilding year honestly, we've had a lot less pieces to winning teams than it felt like in years past. Just adding my 2 cents.

How do you think Babcock has done thus far for us in the playoffs? I am not placing any blame on him whatsoever, just curious to your guys' thoughts to how he's coached them this playoff year and possibly to our doom . I love the guy, but wondering if there's any blame on him because all I've heard is players bashed constantly recently. Once again, I am not taking a stance against Babcock whatsoever, I just want to know what you think of him in this series. Edit: Yeah, my bad fellas, forgot to look to see if a discussion was already started. Sorry for the waste of time. Appreciate the feedback tho.

Point blank next goal should decide the game. They score we lose, but time is on our side. Play better defense, the chances will come.

I know we'll play better down the stretch, I believe in these guys very much. It's just, we all know from past experience as the number of games in a series increase more and more . . . puck bounces are one of the biggest ultimate determining factors to who might pull this series out. We've got a lot of work to do, but I can't believe we're done yet. Too much pride to let this happen, but s*** can happen in Phoenix . . . or in Detroit like today apparently.
