Just to clarify... Judging by your post when you quote it, you selected Nashville and Minnesota.

I come on here and all I see is Filppula bashing, what the heck is wrong with this site? Filppula was hardly the worst player on the ice today. Led them team with 7 shots, in fact I'd say that's a career high. 7 SOG? Normally he accumulates that over 3 or 4 games. So what if he didn't score today, the fact that he took 7 shots means that he's starting to feel more confident in his offensive abilities and sooner or later the goals will come. Yeah he's frustrating at times offensively but it'll come around as long as he continues to shoot and back himself. Datsyuk barely used to shoot the puck untill he finally realised only good can some of it. Some of the posters around here really need to get a grip.

Yep, this should be a good game. The Griffins have been slowly improving over the past few games so I hope they can get a much, much needed win here. Having Lilja back will help and hopefully Abdelkader can be amongst the points tonight.

Exactly right Z and D for the C, Filppula set up a ton of scoring chances last night and was dangerous nearly every shift he had.

We gave up 2 PP goals tonight, right? He wasn't on the ice for either, says something. He was one of the rare players with a + rating.

Players who did well: Helm, Eaves, Draper (great energy from these three guys), Filppula (tons of speed, energy, played aggressive), Lidstrom (was vintage Lids tonight), Kronwall (really promising return, 2nd best defenceman), Bertuzzi (sharp performance, good chemistry with Flip).
