Wow, added up the results (still one game in progress) and these are the lowest scores I've ever seen. Amazing.

I love the AHL website, the live scoring is brilliant! Very, very impressive. He's become more confident and active over the past few games. I know it's early but it's looking like keeping him in the AHL was a good decision.

Yeah I'm quietly content with Tatar's play so far. And perhaps the most impressive number? He's a +6! I'm spewing I missed this game, sounded like a beauty. Mursak scores again! Ritola another assist and Kindl his first of the season and +2. All of my faourites performed and Larsson was as solid as ever.

Got called into work early so I'll miss the game. Good to see Tatar with 2 SOG in the first, might have been Sammy shots but at least he seems active and confident. Go Griffs!

Actually there are a few I don't like, well, don't have great expectations for. I mean it's all relative, a guy like Piche isn't going to be a top pairing defenceman in the NHL, or top 2 pairing, heck he might not even make he NHL. But as a free agent signing and a guy who's probably considered a long shot, I like him. I've never been high on Emmerton although lately he's been turning it on and I've seen his skill and amazing ability to read the play. Don't rate Brendan Smith, don't rate Andersson as highly as some as I doubt his offensive potential, and then who else is there that I'm not supposed to rate? Jordan Pearce, there's another.

1. Fleischmann. Absolutely amazing at times offensively, on a 7 or 8 game point streak right now, at a goal a game pace nearly. Not great defensively but is improving and his offensive game has got better every year. Stupid Lang. 2. Quincey. Enough said, he's a gem. 3. Kozlov. Continues to get it done, been such a consistent player over so many years. Matthias probably would've topped my list a year or two ago but he's done nothing for over 12 months. Doesn't even look AHL standard.

3rd in the league for average home attendance with 6,337 per game. Last season we were also 3rd with 7,448. The Griffins are well supported.

This pretty much sums it up for me. He can either go home and pretty much remove himself from the DRW radar or he can stay, suck it up and like Leino, eventually end up with the Wings. All up to him.
