I'm pretty worried about our chances. We've been terribly inconsistent for the past month or two and have been lucky to win 2 games in a row. Thanks for digging up last years standings mate, certainly interesting to look back. 68. Dano33 48 Certainly was the big bolter this season. A few people who finished top 10 didn't come back this season, or did but only for a week or two. Pretty remarkable that North Guy has topped the standings two years running though, fine effort.

Thanke mate, really appreciated. I think it was a great win considering their back to back losses at the hands of Hamilton and given they are on such a long road trip. It was important to get a win, especially a decisive one. It should give them some confidence. Pleased to hear Kindl was solid as I've been reading a lot of negative stuff about his play lately. Anytime I hear he's solid I am relieved. How was Lashoff, any impressions of the young man? Had 2 assists which gives him 5 points in 4 games, fantastic stuff and his +/- seems to always be good. And lastly, how was Zack Torquato? Did he get much ice-time?

I'm struggling to get my head around just how dreadful our defence/goaltending is.

Running. I'm a pretty unfit guy, not dreadfully unfit but I'm really trying to make an effort to improve my fitness. I'm not fat, in fact I'm more on the skinny side. I'm trying to increase my weight and increase my strength but weights aren't my strong suit so right now my sole concentration is on fitness. I'm trying to run once a day and increase how long I can run without stopping each time.
