Maybe Babcock thinks Downey will be a liability out there? He only saw about 4 minutes a night during the regular season, and you know that'll drop during the playoffs. Maybe Babs feels safer with Hartigan out there as opposed to Downey?

I can't believe how much everyone gets carried away about Downey. Anyway, I like Hartigan and although he's played less than Downey this season, he deserves a shot. Disappointed Abdelkader isn't in the lineup but Samuelsson is obviously a better player at this point (not on the point). I must say I really like the look of those lines though.

Yeah, she's amazing. My favourite player! Anyway I'm a huge tennis fan. I'm actually loving Federer's recent decline and I hope it continues. I've never been much of a fan as I find him arrogant. You're right though, he just doesn’t seem invincible anymore; there’s something about his game that’s lacking at the moment. I think it’s mainly due to his movement as I think he’s moving a bit sluggish and he’s not getting to balls as quickly as he has in the past. He used to always be able to pull out a ridiculous shot from nowhere that would turn the rally upside down, but lately that hasn't seemed to be happening. I'm not sure whether his days of dominating are over. Personally I don't think they are, but I'm saying that mainly because I still fear him as I know what he's capable of. He won't win the French Open, and on grass Djokovic and Ancic will prove to be major threats. There's a chance he might not win a Slam this year! Who would've thought that at the start of the year?

I'm hoping Flip opens our playoff scoring just like he did last year. I also hope Abdelkader gets a shot tomorrow! I've got 2 assignments due tomorrow, I'm not sure how I'll be able to concentrate with this on. I'll try and get them done before the game starts.

Any chance this guy gets drafted? The one knock on him is his height, or lack thereof. He's listed at 5'8, but surely someone will give him a look? He put up 124 points in 67 regular season games this season with Kitchener in the OHL, and in 4 playoff games he has 14 points, yes, 14! Anyone seen him play and feel he has a chance to succeed in the NHL?

I don't want it to happen, but does anyone else think Hudler will be on one of the last 2 lines? We all know PP time decreases during the playoffs so I'm worried he won't be seeing much ice-time.

If Sammy is still out, does that mean Abdelkader plays?

How well has Stuckey been playing lately? Good on him, lets hope he steps up come playoff time and gets a lot of minutes backing up Billups. I know everyone loves Hunter but the rookies, Stuckey and Afflalo, are both really responsible in their own end and should be shown confidence by the coach.

Wow, watching the highlights on NHL.com, how electric was the crowd? That's how a crowd should be! They're not even my team but I got goosebumps watching the highlights. Tremendous secenes at the end, and when Semin scored Ovechkin's reaction was brilliant! Go the Caps!

Couldn't believe it when I checked the standings today and I see they're the 3rd seed. Unbelievable stuff. My second favourite team so I'm hoping they do well.
