I felt they were pretty harsh on Flip. Even though he was scoreless through 10 games he was still playing well and creating chances. He's only 23 and in a much larger role, he's doing fine and as well as to be expected. He's on pace to well and truly beat his point totals from last season, that's all we can ask for.

Hudler had 8 points in 7 games and then he gets a massive 7 minutes of ice-time. That's just plain stupid.

Hi Robert. Just another example of you using your size to advantage.

I think there needs to be a middle ground with regards to Hasek. For those who are bagging him like no tomorrow, yes Hasek is struggling, struggling big time in fact. However one thing is for certain, Hasek won’t stop working until he’s turned his form around. There’s no way he’s leaving the game the way he’s been playing, he will work tirelessly until he finds form. He is a champion goalie who is just enduring a rough patch right now. Right now I, like many others, would rather have Osgood start but come playoff time I have no doubt Hasek will be crucial to our chances. When he’s on song there are few better goalies in the league and his form and fitness are essential to our chances. So all the talk of waiving or demoting Hasek to Grand Rapids is just absurd, it’s only November and I couldn’t care less what his regular season stats look like as long as he’s winning when it matters. The crowd was as quiet as I've ever heard in the 3rd period.

Oh man, I saw the Pistons/Lakers game and Amir Johnson IS the FUTURE! 18 minutes and he had 7 rebounds and 4 blocks! Some of those blocks were beauties. And Samb, playing in his first NBA game, had 4 boards and 2 blocks. IMO I thought he had at least 4 blocks, but the 23 year old showed great promise. We lost and it’s disappointing but with no Billups and McDyess we really got a glimpse of the future. Johnson has INSANE potential.

This is ridiculous. Good job picking Colorado; they lose 6-1. Great work picking Carolina and New Jersey, they don't even combine for a single goal. And now the Wild are losing 4-1 after 1 period. Since when do Minnesota give up 4 goals in one period? I give up!

I'm starting to hate trade proposals as they always seem to include your favoruite player. Why would people want to trade Flip, does't make sense to me. I know you've got to give to get but I hate the idea of it. Thankfully Babcock rated Flip so highly so he'll never let him leave.

1. Detroit won't win the Championship this season because they are too slack and don't play even close to their potential. Flip Saunders has improved his coaching but he's still not a Championship winning coach. 2. Trading for Bryant would be a disaster. The guy is a huge hog and there's a good chance he will upset the chemistry of the squad. 3. Amir IS the future, trading him would be a huge, huge mistake. 4. When does Flip Murray's contract expire? I'm counting down the days!
