Oh no, I'm not saying it's a bad thing! But with 4 guys locked up to long term deals there won't be room for Ericsson, Quincey and Kindl, you would assume 1 would be traded at some stage. Then there's Meech and Pyett who would probably be the most likely to be traded considering they're both undersized defenseman who aren't all that hard to come by. IMO we should do all we can to keep the the 3 guys I mentioned above as they all have the potential to have long and successful careers. All I'm saying is that we need to manage them carefully.

I still like Bertuzzi and I wish he signed with us. It's looking like a good move now but I will never forget how excited I was when we recruited him last year.

We're getting so many great chances but Luongo's starting to dominate. Hudler just can't seem to break the drought.

Slightly off topic, does anyone know if there are any sites where I can find who's leading the league in hits? And even leading the Wings in hits? Can't seem to find anything.

Yeh not sure what will happen. They had a line of Huds-Flip-Franzen in the pre-season and that seemed to work well, and Flip and Sammy seem to have some chemistry so maybe demote Huds and put Franzen in his place? Poor Hudler, just can't seem to find a place for him.

SAMMY!!!!!!!!! Great play by Filppula who's having a strong period. They've got some great chemistry IMO.

Sounds as though Meech has made a solid start. Filppula sounds pretty active out there. Zetterberg already has 4 SOG!

BTW, Zetterberg has already continued his streak.
