Yep I'm a fan. Was more of a fan a few year ago when there were great rivalries but it's still enjoyable. It’s a little too predictable for my liking and there seems to be fewer crashes these days which always make for great viewing. Mark Webber’s struggles continue…

Draper is really struggling on faceoffs tonight, that's unusual.

What a season this young man is having. He's been playing for a long time so it's easy to forget that he's only 26, but he's one of the best players in the league. How do you rate his chances for the Hart Trophy this season? He has 46 goals, 47 assists for a total of 93 points which is 2nd best in the NHL. He has 16 PPG's, 5 SHG's and 7 GWG's. Is he the best player in the league for the 2006/07 season? He's making a strong push for that honour.

Yesterday's game against the Suns was our best performance of the season IMO. Easily the most enjoyable game I have seen this season. We beat Phoenix by 22 points, at their home and despite Billups leaving early through injury. And what's even more impressive was that Hamilton and Prince both had very little impact. Webber was terrific again with 17 points and 9 rebounds. Rasheed Wallace was dominant inside and finished with 20 points and 3 blocks. But it was the bench that got the job done. Flip Murray, who has barely played this season and when he has he's been less that impressive, scored 25 points on 12-of-16 shooting. He also chipped in with 4 rebounds and 6 steals. And Carlos Delfino also had one of his best games of the season, scoring 13 points on 5-of-6 shooting and also grabbing 7 rebounds. Make no mistake, Delfino is an important part of the Pistons future. More team performances like this and I'll have a lot more confidence heading into the playoffs.

Thanks for posting hockeycrazy3033. Really? I thought he sounded genuinely excited about being a part of the Wings. When the interview first began he did sound a little flat but as it wore on he sounded excited about getting out there. And you can see how well he gets on with Naslund, they must have been great mates.

As Mac didn't participate this week, I think I'll adopt the 'Drop 3' plan where everyone removes their three lowest scores (0's included) of the year. That would then enable us to have a closer finish. What do you think?

Great news in regards to Bertuzzi! Can't wait to see him out on the ice. However I'm growing more concerned each day with Zetterberg. This does not sound too promising…

Same here, that line is just mouth watering. But I have to say that ARice's lineup looks the strongest to me. The first three lines are extremely potent offensively and then the 4th is dependable. I am all for splitting up Hank and Dats if it enables us to have more balanced lines however I highly doubt Babs will be willing to split them up as they are just too effective.

Well that’s good to hear, hopefully it’s nothing serious. When I looked at the super stats and I saw he had only played 9 minutes I knew something was wrong. I need to hear some kind of update or I’ll be stressing for a while.
