Good first period. Filppula looks awesome. 3rd line is dominating, again. And the 4th line gave us some good energy. Keep it up boys.

Bertuzzi - Datsyuk - Franzen Filppula - Abdelkader - Hudler Mursak - Helm - Miller Tatar - Emmerton - Holmstrom Given Abby practiced in the 2C spot (for minimal change I suppose), surely this is what the lines will look like? This involves the smallest amount of changes. Gives Mursak a proper shot, too, assuming I am correct.

Conklin will clear waivers, he's done, everyone in the league knows it. He absolutely stunk with the lues last season, and he's just as bad if not worse this season. He's done in this league.

He missed a lot of 2002/03 NCAA season with 'head and neck injuries'. I'm guessing, almost 10 years down the track, this is what's happening again, this time it's even worse. I do fear whether he'll be able to play again. I really like the guy so this is such devestating news.
