Agreed, he's found his niche in Philly, he'd be absolutely mad to walk away just to get a few extra $'s.
-
Well done #19=Legend! for top scoring with 19, that's insane! Very happy with my score of 17! Thanks kook.
-
How can you put Mursak in the 3rd and under, and put Ferraro in the second line? Bit too early to put Jarnkrok in the 1st isn't it? And Tatar too.
-
Austin Daye had made his last 8 3 point attempts! He's at 52% for the season!
-
Callahan won't be a major point producer in the NHL, if he makes it. Signs are good, but he's got a long road ahead still. Ferraro is bombing out offensively again this season, even with a new team. HTD won't ever be in Detroit. Sheahan a good shot to be a 60 point NHL player? On what evidence? Why include Jensen? He's a defenceman, and if we're talking defenceman, no mention of Smith?
-
Pick 21 was it? He'd want to start doing something.
-
Easy, make him a permanent healthy scratch.

Well said. People obsess about Flip's point totals when there's no need to. He'll never be an amazingly consistent offensive point producer, I expect about 50 points to be the norm for him, but it's everything else he brings to the table. He's rock solid defensively, he's good on faceoffs, he can play PP and PK, he's getting stronger every year, and above all else, he is a big time playoff performer. We're lucky to have this guy.

Smith - Kronwall Kindl - Lashoff Almquist - Nicastro Maybe one day... Obviously I also have hopes for: Fournier, Pyett, Kolosov, Jensen, Kolosov. I rate Pyett higher than most.

GCL is the best money I've ever spent. Amazing.
-
Wow, that came out of nowhere.
-
I'm starting to really like Austin Daye.
-
Playing superbly. Has turned our dreadful 3rd line into our current most productive line. He hits, he plays with an edge, he's good on faceoffs, he goes hard to the net. Anyone else really, really like this guy?
-
Just roll the same lines as we did in the 3rd: Hank - Dats - Cleary Bert - Flip - Huds Abby - Modano - Mule Eaves - Helm - Miller Holmstrom sits for a game because he was absolutely beyond awful last night.
-
He better get a DECENT shot with Filppula on that second line. Better not revert back to having him on the 4th next game. He has chemistry with Flip, give them a couple of games and they'll both be putting up the points.
-
Yeah I thought Ericsson was good last night, didn't notice anything poorly done all night. He made a phsyical impact too.
-
So in 5 games this season: 3 points and +5.
-
Salei was very, very good tonight.
-
Holmstrom looks unbelievably bad. On every line.
-
Really like those lines. Hudler + Flip were together for about a minute and that was the best I've seen Huds look all season. They click, leave them together. We'd better not start the 3rd with the same lines as we started the game.
-
He goes overboard. Flip will be a 50 point player if he's lucky this season. BUT tell me, why should it be all about points? You saw how good defensively he is, he's good on faceoffs, he plays our puck ppossession style beautifully. Flip's a darn good hockey player even if he doesn't reach his offensive potential.
-
FILPPULA. LEGEND.
-
FINALLY a good shift. Forgotten what one looked like.
-
Nah, healthy scratch I think. Ditto Hudler.
