......Please tell me this post is a joke. Joseph signed a three year deal here for the same amount of money he was offered from Philly. Then after one year, the wings brought in Hasek, and basically left Cujo to dry, sending him to the minors. Cujo could never just 'leave' and sign with another team, he was under contract. I love the wings as much as anyone on here, but the way they treated Cujo was just embarassing. Cujo is an absolute class act, and I'm sorry things never worked out for him in Detroit. I don't think he'd want to come back, and I think the wings need to let Howard get his crack at the NHL.

I would absolutely love to see Pittsburgh get screwed over and lose Malone and Hossa, but I doubt they would trade the rights to Malone if they didn't think they could re-sign hossa.

No chance of getting Stu at under 3.5. They'd have a shot at keeping him for maybe 4 mill for 3 years, but after the way he played in the playoffs, I wouldn't be surprised if someone pays close to 5 for him.

I could see Rolston fitting in here, but I am just nervous about messing with this teams chemistry. The wings top priorities right now have to be extending Mule, Flip and Hank. I'd also like to see them have enough cap room to make a trade deadline deal should they need to.
