Okay, I've been looking at the NHL's rules about disallowed goals, and it does say that if the puck was deflected directly into the net by an official, it should be disallowed. Rule's 78.5 iii. In that case, it was the right call. Still sucks, but the right call. Very rare, may never see it again. Wings PP.
