As much as it would please me to see a Penguin get nailed for something, there's nothing there to nail them. Comeau was looking southbound heading northbound into a southbound body. Just the fact that he had his bucket thrown off by his spinning body was enough for the ref to call the penalty, but there was nothing there to hit Letang with, the ref just reacted to the result of the hit and not the actually mechanics of the hit (shoulder to shoulder, no impact with the head). Letang just caught him unaware. Good hit, jumpy ref.

Don't forget the sudden revising of that rule which came too late for them to attend the event, instead of playing in the event. This league will always be seen as a minor league instead of a major league because of the terrible consistency of their rules and rulings, as well as appearances of bias for a particular player/players .
