Court overturns Briatore's F1 ban It should be noted that, actually, Flavio was banned from all motorsports activity that comes under the FIA jurisdiction, which is pretty much all forms of auto racing. So far, Flavio has said that he isn't in any rush to return to F1. EDIT: I forgot to mention that the FIA is appealing the verdict. Also, Pat Symonds' ban has been overturned as well.
