End of 1st Period. Wings lead 2-0 after goals from Stuart and Datsyuk (assist from Raffi and El Capitan). 14 minutes of penalty time given in that period. 12 of those went to Montreal. -

s***, Kronner hurt on that trip. Helm got hit with a stick up high. Montreal get's two penalties out of all of that. Dirty play by that Canadien player with that knee-on-knee hit. Kronner off to the dressing room, had to be helped off. 6 minute PP for the Wings. -
Bang on. We had some good chances from Eaves and Hank (off the top of my head) in the 1st. Yet, we only got a grand total of 1 goal out of the whole affair. The only back of the net they found for most of the game was the protective netting behind the goals. *sigh*
