Big news for the 2010 season, as Mercedes takes over the Brawn F1 team, becoming Mercedes Grand Prix. It's the first time since 1955 that Mercedes will compete in a full F1 effort. The last title under a Mercedes factory team was 1955, when the late Juan Manuel Fangio took the title. -
Wings are now 10-5-3 in the season with 23 points! They are now 2nd in the division, 1 point behind the Chicago Blackhawks. They are also 6th in the Western Conference, 6 points behind the San Jose Sharks, and 11th in the league (again 6 behind the Sharks). Howard gets his 3rd consecutive win and Zetterberg gets a hat trick (curly fries are on him )! Ducks: 4 Wings: 7 Final

3-1 Wings defeat the Canucks. Goals from Holmstrom, Zetterberg, and Kronwall! Howard gets an assist to go with his second consecutive W. Wings are 9-5-3 on the season with 21 points! Canucks are winless at the Joe since 2006 (I think).

He had some rebound control issues, it wasn't that bad. I'm glad he got the W, he did make the saves he needed to make, but at least work on the rebounds.

With this win, the Wings are now 8-5-3 so far in the season with 19 points so far. The Wings close in to within one point of the BJs for 1st in Central. 9-1 Wings victory, Jimmy Howard gets the victory (it wasn't pretty, but it's a win). Now to take down the Canucks. Hope we have some goals left over from tonight.

Yeah, especially from Mason, but every goalie is gonna have games like these in their career. Just hope that Howard improves, as the defense isn't gonna be steping up for him in every game he's played. 1992 was the last time the Wings went into double-digits in goals for (against the Sharks). Klesla hurt again, this time a puck off of his left wrist. Looks like he's icing it down between shifts.
