I don't see why the Sens can't just sign Luongo in the off-season. He is a FA right? I know he will demand lots of money, and the Sens want to sign Chara too, but if Luongo really wants to go to a Cup contending team, then that would be a hell of a fit. So the cap goes up and they get rid of a existing contract or something. I am sure they could work it out. Why trade when they have a legit shoot of getting him on thier terms?

I think a lot of people want to get Witt, but not by giving up such hopefulls as Franzen and Mowers. And I am one of them. Oh wait just kidding on the Mowers part. Keep Franzen for sure.

Heaton, you sure do make some good points on this one. I think it's safe to say that we do offer him some kind of contract. I don't see him accepting though. He will probably take more money and go somewhere else. We won't be the only Cup Contending team that needs a goalie next year. We can all dream though. Hell, who knows, it could just happen. I won't hold my breath though.

I wouldn't trade Datsyuk for him strait up, let alone throwing in Hudler. I really like Doan, but Datsyuk and Zetterberg are the future, and the thought of breaking up such great chemistry and youth, is unbearable to me. Let's wait until the playoffs and see what Dats and Zetts do. I think if Datsyuk performes like he did for his Russian team in the playoffs overseas last year, rather than how he did for us last playoffs, people might change their opinions on trading him. Sorry but I don't like it at all.

1 more TD and the game is over, the Bears have no offense, none. This isn't the 2000 Ravens, they don't have Jamal Lewis and a QB who can actually complete passes. Seriously, I've seen more people jump on the Bears bandwagon this season than any other team. I don't care about the Superbowl, I just want to see the Bears lose. Um, yeah dude. I am not on the Bears bandwagon by any means. I don't like them, they played in a weak division and pissed me off. I'd much rather see Carolina advace as they did. I hate the Bears and the Colts. But, yes through out the season their (Beats) defense was awesome. Can't take that away from them. That being said, did you serisouly think I was saying they would win becuase their defense was like the 2000 Ravens? I said I didn't think they would win the game. Anyway, I am just glad that the Steelers won. Since the Lions aren't in it, that's my second favorite. So.....Go Steelers.

I am so with you on that one BeeRYCE. I have said for a long time it'd be great to get Afinogenov for a number or reasons. He's fast. He plays RW. He and Datsyuk have great chemistry. He speaks Russian. This would really make Datsyuk more comfortable I think. As for Kotalik, that wouldn't be bad either. He is young and has put up nice stats thus far. 17 goals and 13 assists. Plays RW too.
