Oh come on!! It's still fun to talk and speculate about it. I mean it's very interesting especially from a Detroit fan's perspective. These guys are our biggest division rival and they are about to lock up 3 of the biggest stars they have had in the last 15+ years?? I don't think so. And I don't think Zetterberg or Franzen does either. You look at all the long contracts like those guys have and notice that they don't have NTC's, at least for the length of their deals. Maybe some have a NTC for the first few seasons kinda like Stuart does here in Detroit. But no way a GM gives them a NTC for a 20 year deal or whatever! I really wouldn't be surprised if they moved Hossa at some point in the not so distant future. I thought this from the begging. But that's just me. I'm thinking Gentleman's agreement was in play during Hossa's contract negotiations.

I think Hossa's Cap Hit is $5.?? mil, not $7.9 mil.

What is Cam Barker's situation? His he still under contract next season or RFA?

So I was considering making an Olympic Hockey site. Do you think there would be any interest in a site specifically geared towards the 2010 hockey games? It would be a forum setup kind of like this site. Not sure what I'd call it. I was thinking something like 2010olympics.com or something but a lot of those cleaver names are already taken. It would be something similar to the one I have going right now here. Just wondering if it'd see any traffic.

After reading this entire thread, I can't belive some of the fans didn't know we had the "A" rotating between three players! Anyway, they are going to have an "A" on defense as well as forward, so look for this w/ Kronwall taking the "A" from Rafi once he's done. "C" - Zetterberg "A" - Datsyuk "A" - Rafalski

Yeah, I wanted him this offseason. Great to see he's doing good this season.
