Awesome! Well I am looking for ideas to make the site useful so hopefully it will suceed. So far I was thinking of putting info on the teams coaches and execs, etc. Projected rostors since they are not realease yet. And Miller since you have been watching Olympic Hockey for so long I could really use your knowledge it getting everything started. I love hockey, but I am sure you know more about it than I do. zettie, anything you can think of to help is helpful at this point!!

Okay, I am starting a website for the Olympic Hockey games in 2010. I could really use some help from those with some time and who really know the game of hockey as well as Olympic Hockey. I'll need some mods and ideas. So feel free to offer a hand! Thanks a ton!!

It's all good. I was pretty sure he wouldn't have to clear the waivers. Reason I think EJ is well not the smartest is I listen to him on NHL Live often. Have you? lol. He's a good bs'er though, and can bs his way out of stuff he just doesn't seem to know much about. Check out the show sometime, you'll see.

So you're sure that Floppa would have to clear waivers? I still don't see it. Then why wouldn't any team just pick him up after a contender signed him?

Okay, what the hell is w/ EJ Hradek over at ESPN and NHL Live?? He actually said today that if the Rangers signed him that he'd have to clear waivers!! Even I went, "Um, no he's a free agent!" But how the hell does this guy get a gig like ESPN AND NHL Live and not know that a player wouldn't have to clear waivers after signing as a free agent? At first I thought, "Well maybe there is some dumb ass CBA rule that I was unaware of," but after browsing the web I found this. I just don't see somebody who is an ESPN guy as well as a NHL Live host can not know something like this! I mean, unless there is something that I am missing!!

I think he got signed in Chicago because it was needed to get Hossa. Who knows what he'll actually do in the next 5 years, but at 26 or 27 I wouldn't hold my breath.

I just heard the comments on NHL Live. The guy is a joke. He brings up games from when he played in Carolina before the lockout as proof that the Red Wings get calls their way. He also said the Zetterberg goal shouldn't have counted.
