Players on lower seeded teams tend to have worse +/- ratings than those on higher seeded teams. I'd make that trade everyday of the week. Good points.

So you could argue that they are similar in the +/- stat category being that Ericcson plays for the 84 point Red Wings, while Bogosian plays for the 61 point Thrashers could you not? Not even considering ice time which I am sure Bogosian gets more of. My point is don't take into consideration the +/- stat so much. Ericcson is 6 years older too. That being said, I'd be trading Kindl before Ericcson for sure!!
