Really great interviews. They were long interviews as they always are on After Hours, so it was way better than watching a post-game interview on FSN or something. It was really cool for me to hear Modano interviewed. Never really heard anything from him before. He talked about the Dallas days and the decision to sign w/ Detroit. He said he talked to Bertuzzi a lot during the offseason about the team in Detroit and also to Chelios and Hull. He also said it took about a month before he started feeling comfortable because of how hard the Wings practice and train. He said the practices are really up-tempo and it reminded him of Ken Hitchcock.

Well I have Cable now, with HD FSN Detroit and HD FSN Detroit + (Plus)!!! Plus all locals in HD! I now watch the games on my laptop (18.4" 1080p LCD Screen) and I can't believe I've lived without HD Hockey before!! It's simply amazing!!!!!!!!

I strongly disagree. He is actually the most knowledgeable when it comes to hockey on 97.1 (excluding Darren of course).

You don't want mike v or karsh talking hockey. They don't know anything about it. Pat caputo knows hockey well. So does Dennis fifth for that matter. Yeah pat is awesome with hockey. It's his favorite sport. I can't say enough about mike v and how stupid he sounds when he tries to talk about hockey. You should have heard him talk about the salary cap during the whole franzen and hossa deal. Good god....

Get TUNE IN RADIO app. I have it for my HTC Incredible and it has 97.1 plus just about every other radio channel in the world that you imagine or ever want or need. I listened to the game last night on it.
