The whole "Burke earned my respect by keeping his word" stuff doesn't do it for me. Probably because I am biased...But I think I have a valid point at the same time..... He should not have made that word if by keeping it, it hurt the org more than it helped. And IMO, it did just that. That is what I am getting at..uugghhh.
