Oh maaaaan. That Cup run had so many AMAZING moments, it's hard to pick just one but I'll never forget the Triple OT game because everyone was up so late and it was just the most epic feeling when Iggy scored that goal in the 3rd OT. LOL at Prongers injury though. Ahahaha I remember his dirty play that didn't work out and he got f-ed up instead. Twas a great moment.

Ahhh true. Makes it even more aggravating. Saturday is going to be no fun. I have enough to worry about with my classes! I think if the Wings win, we should all chat it up in a Avs/Preds GDT and root for the Avs. Can't believe I just said that. Too much?

Yeah it would go to the series winner and Chicago would get that placing them ahead of us, if that is what it comes down to.

Okay so correct me if I am wrong but, Hawks have 99 points right now with the shootout loss. They sit in 6th. Wings just need a point on Saturday against them to AT LEAST be in 5th and Two points and a Pred's loss to get 4th?

But if the Hawks lose in OT and win against us on Saturday we'd be tied in points and wouldn't they have the tie breaker over us?

So the Preds just won and are back in 4th by a point over us. Hawks/Wild are in OT. Here's hoping Hawks lose in OT, Preds lose their final game and we win on Saturday. Seems like a hell of a lot to ask for. Ugh.

LOL the offseason? Pretty sure playoffs haven't started yet. Whole new beast. Never know what happens. I recall several times where the Wings play bad down the last stretch of the regular season and ended up going really far in the playoffs. It's hockey. Anything is possible.
