I'm not understanding the lack of confidence in the Wings either. Yeah the last two months haven't been all that well, but how can you honestly completely pin that on them with the injuries they have gone through? Take out that many KEY players from any team and I can almost guarantee they'd not fair very well either. It happens. Also as far as the last couple weeks are concerned *which they've done pretty well* you can't blame them for not being up for games against teams like the Jackets, Hawks, Blues..etc.. they pretty much had everything in the bag and most teams are just waiting for the playoffs to start and could care less about the meaningless games remaining. Not saying that's the way they should go about it, but you gotta think that's a reason for their sluggish starts recently. Anyways, we are talking about the Red Wings here. This team is even better than last years and we saw what they could do last post season. I have no doubt in my mind that come Thursday night they'll be the powerhouse Red Wings team that we know and love. They'll make great plays, they'll score beautiful timely goals, they'll go to the net, they'll crash and bang, they'll get great goaltending, and most importantly they will win. Not sure about the rest of you, but I sure as hell have confidence and faith in our Wings and I don't see why anyone wouldn't.
