I remember before the season started there was a thread here about who would be competitive in the Central. I remember saying the Hawks would give the Wings a hard time, and well..damn I was right so far. They're going to be good. Probably the only team in the central that we will have to worry about.

Great West Coast trip! Everyone played pretty damn good tonight. Especially Ellis, Hank, Cleary, Malts, Downey, Kopay. GO WINGS!!! Nice to see Dom back on track as well.

I would. Last season was nowhere near as bad as majority made it out to be. The only knock on him is at times he takes shifts off. When he's on his game he is indeed great. In my opinion anyways..

Of course they are going to play much better on a much different team. They have much bigger roles now. They are going to get tons of ice time and will probably consistently be on the top 2 lines. The more you play, the more you produce. Lang is a great player. Always has been. It's no surprise he's doing this well.

I don't see the problem with Kopay being on the second line. He's been playing pretty good the last couple games. Plus I think Babs is trying to light a fire under Huds by demoting him to line 4 and bumping Tommy up.

Good to have Sammy back, and that Rafalski is okay. Wings dominate tonight. 6-2 win. Dom is back to his normal self. Goals: 2 by Kopay, Cleary, Huds, Flip, Downey *I would so love it if all of the above scored. Especially those that don't have one yet* GO WINGS!!!

Hell yes. I love Downey, and LOVE the fact he sticks up for his mates. Same goes for Drake. I love that Aaron said he didn't like what Kyle was doing and that it needed to stop. THAT IS THE ATTITUDE TO HAVE! It makes me really happy. Hank's comments were awesome as well. Right on fellas!
