Bertuzzi is far from being garbage. Him being not as effective in the last couple years is in large part due to his back. Once he's healthy, if he ever will be then I'll go out and bet anyone that he puts up good numbers again. Not as good as his days with the Nucks, but good enough.

Plus 3DG from their debut album to their recent one is a complete transformation. Adam loves his wife to pieces and thinks the absolute world of her. I know this being a HUGE fan of the band, especially the lead singer. Nobody really understands their music, or the crap that they've been through, especially him. He was a former drug addict that was basically on death row. If you listen to their new album you'll see what im talking about. All his lyrics are from the heart and what he has gone through. It's not whining. It's realism. It's writing and playing whatever is going through your mind at that time, be it family, drugs, health..etc and letting it all out by writing it on paper and turning it into music. That's being real and I don't see how there is anything wrong with that. Anyways, this wasn't meant as a rude post towards you in anyway. I just get completely defensive over them because I love them dearly and have met them and seen them live several times. Aside from the Wings, these boys are my life.

People..people.. the Atkins diet is garbage. It'll make you lose weight, but the second you're off the diet all the weight will come back and then some! I've read up on this several times, plus my sister and Mom used to this and I'd just sit back and laugh because I warned them and they wouldn't listen. Anywho, I remember awhile back I was complaining that I was losing weight and for no reason. I believe I was 112 at the time. I realized I wasn't eating much. Maybe like 2 meals a day at the most? Yeah I'd think that would have a lot to do with it. Plus, I rarely eat breakfast. Anyways, the past few months have been good for me. I'm at 118 right now and feeling good about it. That's where I'd like to stay so WOOT for me. lol Good job to all of you that are shedding off the pounds! Not true. It depends on how hard he's been working out. Whether he's beginner, average, or high fitness. Target heart rates can be between anywhere from 100-180 bpm. It all depends on what you're doing, and how hard you're training.

I've thought of Kronwall as a star the second he played his first shift as a Wing, and I still think that very same thing now. The only reason he gets ripped on is because he's been injured so much. Aside from that he shows that he has a TON of potential and is only going to get better. Those of you bashing will be thanking Holland for the deal he signed Kronwall to. When he's healthy, he's right up there.

That makes me happy to hear! (I actually promote for them) so when someone becomes a fan and such I get all excited. lol I love those guys soooo freaking much and they know it. I've seen them a bunch of times live, and had the pleasure of meeting all of them. They are such great guys and are so appreciative of their fans. Their music is BEYOND amazing.
