Kozzie interested? Wings sure seem like they are! I for one would be THRILLED. I know he's getting up there in age, but the guy can still score, and make those amazing plays/passes. He's great defensively too. Plus, you know he's always going to show up in the playoffs. That's when he plays best. I WANT KOZZIE BACK! Then we can get Feds at the deadline and completely drool over a Dats-Feds-Kozzie line. SWEET JESUS! I don't care how old they are so don't anyone come in here and ruin it for me, okay?! WOOT. Aves is awesome. It's not like he'a a cheap shot artist or a dirty player. He just has a big mouth..but has toned it down a bit so good for him.

I met Lang this past season and it's one of the main reasons why I am bummed. Great guy. Really nice, and funny. I'll never forget when I asked for his sig he knew my cousin and I had been waiting for like a half hour and then right when he came back out for us to sign our jerseys a whole crowd of people came outta nowhere and cut in front of me and he got a little mad at them then looked at me in the back, called me over, and told everyone "she was here first." He then signed my jersey, let me take a pic with him, and then winked at me. LOL it was great. Awww Langer I'm gonna miss you!

Oh I know only one person in this thread, but I guess i'm just stating from other threads where lots of people pretty much ragged on Calds because of the post season and said he wasn't worth bringing back. NOOO BOBBY! How can some of you not want Calder back? Was it his hustle, great work along the boards, and grit that rubbed you the wrong way? COME ON! Calder was a freaking steal at the deadline. From the time we got him till the end of the season he was easily one of the Wings best players. He's a heck of a player when on the right team. I really hope Kenny offers him a contract. I don't think it'll happen based off of what I've heard, but I can still hope eh?

Sharks fans were the best in like the last 5 years! Classy bunch, and the photoshop thread was the best. I really didn't mind the Sharks at all either. Hard fought, CLEAN series with loads of talent. What more could you want.

Those Caps jerseys are sweet. Much better than the ones they have now.

It's called everyone has their own opinions. You can get sick of it all you want, but it's not going to change the way some of us on here think about him. I still think that Feds coming back would most definitely help the Wings up front. The guy is an all around great player. Sure he hasn't been the same since he left, but look at the team(s) he's played on. I'd take a chance on him at 2 mil. Plus it'd be just for a season to see how it works out and if it doesn't then they can let him go. I don't see the big deal in trying him out again. He's one of the best when on his game, and I think bringing him back to the Wings would rejuvenate the guy. Plus he's great at the point, and can play defense. That in itself is great in case one of our D goes down. *Like Schneids did in the playoffs.* Just sayin'..

Haha just ONE? Okay. How bout the time he took out Fischer with the knee and tore his ACL? Or the year before that when he did the exact same to Chelios. Or wait there is more! How bout how he purposely rammed into Legace which caused him to be knocked out for a few seconds with a neck problem, and put onto a stretcher and taken to the hospital? And right after when Cujo came to fill in Hartnell rammed into him as well. That's lovely Scotty for ya. And that is just what he's done against the Wings in the past few years.

This is being a bit overblown. The Wings have done it too. Nearly every team that's won has done some damage to the Cup. Everyone's just making a big deal out of it because it's the Ducks. Had the Sens won and the same happened no one would say a thing, and if anyone did it would be all laughs and no dissing. Some of you grow up already.

I was just thinking the same thing. What an overpay by the Flyers. They are out of their damn minds. Kimmo is good, but he's nowhere near one of the best in the league, and he most definitely is not worth that much cash. The most I'd pay him is around 3.5-4. At the MOST. He hasn't shown that he's worth 6.3. Not at all.

So let's say they do decide to build a new arena. Any idea on when the Wings would get to play in it? Would it be the start of the 08-09 season?
