I know what you mean, and I know I'll be better in a little, but I'm just upset because they were so close. I know they really wanted it. They played with so much heart, and will. They really did exceed the expecations this season and I am so proud of them. The Wings gave it their all and that's really all that matters. Thanks for trying to cheer me up.

Ditto to it all. I think im going to cry again. Red Wings, PLEASE re-sign Calds, Bert, and Schneids. Please. The Wings had a phenomenal year and far exceeded anyone's expectations of them. Everyone counted them out in the season, said they wouldn't make the playoffs, said Calgary would beat them, said the Sharks would beat them, and that the Ducks would have it easy. The Wings proved every single one of those doubters wrong. They've had a great season, despite being eliminated and they should get all the credit in the world for coming this far. It's got nothing to do with being a homer, it's called being a realist and seeing that the Wings DID give it their all, and that in itself deserves an applaud for the entire team.

Unless we find a reason why he didn't, I think it's best to wait before jumping on the guy.

They interviewed Bert and he was extremely upset. They then asked him what might happen in the offseason and he said he'd love to re-sign with the Wings. Also said he's been frustrated as heck with his ongoing injuries. Yep. He was hurt.

What a pathetic thread. Mike can only do so much, and then the rest is up to the guys on the ice. Give it a break. He's done an excellent job this season, and I hope he's our coach for a long, long time. It was him that made this Wings team, tough, gritty, and not to be messed with. Like said, he's done a great job..he deserves to be our coach.

I can't believe this. I really, really had a great feeling about this team. Especially with the way they were playing once the playoffs started. It freaking stings because I honestly can't say that the Wings didn't give it their all in the 18 games they played. Aside from the first two periods tonight, I have been impressed with every game they've played. It's like I try and stop crying and then I see one of our guys interviewed and then bam there goes the tears strolling down. Sad thing is it's going to be worse tomorrow. Thist team better be kept the way it is. I love Calder, and Bert, and I want Langer to stay too. This has by far been my favorite Wings team in the last decade.

Thank you Red Wings for a fantastic regular season and playoffs. You guys have wowed us all and it has been one hell of a ride. I can't wait to see you guys in October to start a new season and this time go to the SCF. I will always love and believe in you guys through it all. Bobby, please don't leave. Same goes for Kyle and Todd.

WTF? The Wings have been absolutely phenomenal this season, and playoffs. We need better D-man now? Umm Schneids and Kronner are out. I think that has a lot to do with it, and even without them the Wings did just fine. To say they need big changes is pathetic. If anything they need very minimal or nothing at all. They've done perfectly fine this season.

I have all the faith in the world in them. I'm just STILL pissed/depressed about the Game 5 loss. And I want the Wings to win SO SO SO bad tonight. Everyone around me is being a jackass about the game and I think thats whats bringing me down.
