Well I am not a guy, but I think it's great this topic was made. Way to go, fellas!! I remember after the hit Cleary made on Phaneuf that Matt said he wanted to have his baby. HAHA. By far the funniest thing I've ever read on here.

Well unforutantely Calder is hurt. Otherwise I'd pick him over anyone. Kopay did a really good job yesterday aside from his two penalties in which I honestly thought happened because he got too excited. lol

After having a fairly s***ty day, this just made me happy! Well deserved. BTW, Holmstrom wears his helmet perfectly tight. Let's just say thought that a player didn't...like for instance Bertuzzi wears his very loose, does that mean it's his fault if he gets slammed the way Homer did? Absolutely not. That's what he is comfortable with. Also the whole helmet situation is pretty irrevelant to this whole thing if you ask me. If that's the case and Homer DID wear his helmet loose then it only makes Pronger look worse for taking a run at a guy who he knows can easily get injured in the head due to his helmet. That's not the case here, but just sayin'.. Ducks fans need to stop bringing that up.

Agreed. While Dom has been great, Lidstrom has just been flawless! There was a play last night in which two Ducks were pressuring him in our zone on the pk, and he ever so patiently faked and got out of the way from the both of them and made a perfect outlet pass. *It was much better than I'm actually stating and he's done it several times* but yeah I just thought wow could Nick be anymore incredible? He's saved us so many times in the playoffs, and has been a huge difference between winning and losing. Like I said, he's just flawless out there. I'm always taken back when I see him play. It never gets old. Hahaha that is great!

Brett, and Hank have been on 'Mojo in the morning' on 95.5 before every round.They've been really good luck too so thats why they keep bringing them back! lol I tried to get all their interviews, but I contacted 95.5 and they sent me these two. Hank during the Sharks series. Lebda before the Ducks series. They are both really good, funny interviews. Mainly because they aren't only talking hockey. Hank talks about the Wings/Sharks match up, then he talks about his GF, which Wing has the hottest wife, etc.. LOL Brett's talking about several things, and then they do something really funny at the end with girl contestants calling in at a chance to win playoff tickets, and it's up to Lebs for who the winner is. I just think they are fun interviews, and you hear them talk about something other than hockey which you rarely ever get to hear. It's some funny stuff. I think you all should listen. lol

Wow. Talk about an awesome day!! So glad you and your GF had a blast. That's great about Pierre, and Holland. Ducks fans louder than Wings fans? Hmmmm are you sure? Just being at Game 1, Round 1 this year for the Wings..I absolutely lost my voice, and my ears were ringing the entire night/morning after. LOL I don't know..but the Ducks crowd looked completely dead tonight. I guess it's different when you're there. But you gotta see the Wings love too, because believe me the TV does not do it justice. You picked a perfect game to go to eh? YOU must be good luck! Go to game 4 too!

Homer is a warrior and he wouldn't have it any other way. Him coming back was huge. My Dad was also saying the same thing though..that the Wings should of sat him just in case. I seriously screamed so freaking loud when I saw him back on the ice in the third. I actually think I had tears in my eyes from excitement?! I really thought he'd be out for awhile, and thank God he is okay!

It's so great seeing Vladdy. I can't help but get choked up everytime. He's really an inspiration to the Wings and always has been. He seems to be doing a lot better too which is absolutely fantastic.

They better not even come on here and say it's because of the early start, or the fact that the Wings scored early in the third. *which isn't even really true* the fans were just not into it from the beginning till the end. And they have the nerve to talk about Detroit fans? HA. What a joke. The only time they really cheered is when Homer got hurt, and well that right there says it all..

I love this Wings team more than any in the past decade and believe me that is saying A LOT. There is just something special about them this year.. I'll talk about it later...if we get the job done. But shhhhhh people. Let's do it first!

AHAHA First of all LIDSTROM would never do such a thing. The fact that you brought up his name from the entire Wings roster says enough.

You're out of your mind. That hit was as dirty as they come. Pronger is known for doing s*** like this so it really comes as no suprise. He was head hunting and it was so blatantly obvious from his body movement. He literally slammed Homer's head into the glass. Dirty, dirty play. He better get suspended.

Which is one of the many reasons why I love the Wings so very much. Teams can come at them, play cheap and dirty and the Wings will never, ever stoop to their level. Instead they play smart, and take it to them where it really matters, the score board. No need to retaliate physically, instead retaliate with a win where it REALLY hurts.

Talk about a dominating game! This was probably the best all around game the Wings have played all post season, and that is saying a lot because they've been great many, many times. What can you say about Homer that hasn't already been said? The guy is beyond phenomenal and such a HUGE part of this team. Soooo happy Bert scored tonight! He absolutely deserved it. Played one of his best games yet. Jen, he definitely deserved being on your sig! Dom was fantastic as well! What a play/moves by Flip on the Homer goal. Man is little Flip skilled or what? Everyone just played a great game. My 3 Stars? 1.Babcock 2.Homer 3.Hasek Oh, and Pronger better get suspended. It should in no way be based on the fact that because Homer came back, that he Pronger shouldn't be given one game. It was a dirty as hell hit and he should sit out. Wings are winning the next game as well. I feel it. GO WINGS!!!!!!!
