Hahaha I definitely like the new version! Seriously though..with everything that happened yesterday I have a great feeling about the Wings. In fact, I think the Flames are going to come out taking EVEN more penalties and sadly gooning it up more. They are pissed, and they have no composure. That is not a good mix.

No no no. There is/was only one true rival for the Wings, and that's the Colorado Avalanche. Preds? MAYBEEEE. But that's it.

The thing is I do eat as soon as I wake up. But it's when I wake up that's not considered breakfast anymore. LOL so does that even count? I'll usually eat some oatmeal, or cereal along with some fruit and some juice or water. Great job!

Most of us are pissed because of Langkow. FINE we can understand that Iginla maybe doesn't deserve a suspension, but Daymond sure as hell does.That's why we are pissed. Suspending the punk Jamie, while it needed to be served, doesn't mean a damn thing because he's useless anyways. Langkow needs to be out, period. Complete BS what he did to Lebda, and any fan of any team in the league would agree if that was their player being sucker punched, and then being held around the neck after to further hurt him some more.

Honestly I think with everyone bashing them, and saying they should be embarassed with themselves is only going to make the Flames goon it up more tonight. If that makes any sense? I'm willing to bet that they are going to be penalized up the wazoo, home or not.

I honestly have a great feeling that this is it. Wings are going to win and big, again. The Flames have made an embarssment of themselves, and every team in the league wants to see them fail for their goonery, and their lack of class. The Wings know what they have to do, and they know to take advantag and put em away NOW!! I just PRAY that the goons try and not injure our guys. That's the only thing that im really afraid of. BM, this REALLY helps and I absolutely appreciate it. I was actually going to start writing down what I eat and how many calories *even though it would be a pain* just to make sure im getting a sufficient amount everyday! I've always had a problem with not eating a lot. It happened to me when I was younger *around 10 or so* and especially when I have a cold, flu..etc.. and that in itself makes me lose weight, easily. There will be a few years when Im doing great with food, and then a year or two later I'll start losing weight again because of stress, anxiety, etc..and then I lose my appetite because of it. It sucks. But I don't like seeing myself lose weight all the time for no reason so im going to do some new things and go on a healthy diet and see how it all works out! They really hate the Wings, don't they? I am shocked by Don. I thought the guy was actually fair and respectable. Boy was I wrong! CBC *especially* him has been trashing the Wings ALL season. Calling them wusses, saying they can't tough it out that they are too soft and bla bla bla. Look at how great the Wings are playing skill wise, physically, mentally..etc and they still get no credit. It's unbelievable. I can't wait to eliminate the Flames tomorrow, and believe me we will. Enough is enough and I can't wait to shut these punks up.

Everyone on the HFboards are trashing the Flames calling them the most classless organization. We have Preds, Hawks, Stars, and Sharks fan in disgust with the Flames. AND they want the WIngs to kick their asses tomorrow. Mmmmhhmmm. They all saw what we saw. NO PLACE FOR THAT TYPE OF s*** IN HOCKEY.
