So my Mom and younger bro have made predictions for all the games except the last one in which we lost. I told them that they had to make one for tonight and I kid you not they've both been either dead on with the scores and goals or very close Mom's prediction for tonight: Wings 5 (Datsyuk, Homer, Flip, Franzen, Bertuzzi) Flames 1 My brother tells me "Believe it or not, Wings are going to win 6-4." (Datsyuk 2, Zetterberg, Lang, Homer, Cleary) We shall see what happens tonight!!! GO WINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh I forgot to mention something! On my way to Hockeytown Authentics today *was getting myself a 'join the red wave' shirt.* I was listening to WDFN and they were interviewing Cheli about the last game, and the game tonight. He was saying the guys know what they need to do, work on and so on so forth..something that really sticked out that he said? After Game 3 Hasek was so pissed at himself for the goal he let in on Iginla that he went to the back of the bus, away from everyone and started talking to himself! HAHA Cheli was saying that Hasek is SO very beyond competitive it's amazing. He said that Dom expects to stop EVERY single shot he faces, and instead of giving credit to the one that scored he'll just say "No, I should of saved that." Anyways, I thought that was really funny and great. The guys on the radio *Stoney & Wojo* were amazed by it and were talking about how everyone knows when Dom is pissed he's going to play the game of his life in the next one. They think he's going to be a wall tonight, and well I most certainly agree! Watch out, Flames!

Jen just put him and Bert there due to the fact that they both just came back from really bad injuries. She's right in that they both need a little rest and to not play so much. Slowly but surely, Z will make his way to the top. Bert, too. I agree with her, but Babs is doing a whole nother thing. Haha

I don't think Calds deserves to be on the fourth line, but whatever. I actually like the Bert, Lang, Franzen line. That should REALLY spark up Lang. It still should be Huds/Flip/Calds. No Sammy.

What? Please tell me how it is that one of the hardest working Wings sucks? Is it his amazing forecheck? Perhaps him being so good along the boards? Maybe his grit? Oh oh! Maybe that he's great at cycling the puck? The guy is all heart and soul and works his ass off each and every shift. He does his best out there but it's kinda hard to produce when your linemates ain't helping you out at all.

OH NO YOU DID NOT! First off, Lang is a fantastic hockey player. He's just in a horrid slump and needs to get out of it. It happens, and he'll pull through. PROBABLY TONIGHT! Secondly, It's apparently hard for some of you Flames fans to realize that Bertuzzi just came back from a strained neck/concussion. Do you expect him to come out flying, hitting everything in sight, and being on his A game already? I know we don't because that's the reality of it. No player when after coming back from a concussion is going to be himself until he gets in about a week of games. That being said, I really hope he crushes some of the Flames tonight.

Well hot damn! I said this a few days ago and everyone was all "OMG NO that is so not true." It might not be because of the fans in the regular season, but in the playoffs they are CRAZY! Also, like someone stated already..it's gotta be the team. They are intimidating because they are so damn skilled, and great.

Who cares anymore, the game is over..let's move on and get pumped for tomorrow! 1. Hasek is going to bounce back and play an amazing game tomorrow. 2. Lidstrom is amazing and one mistake doesn't mean a damn thing. It's not going to phase him. Not for a second.

LOL seriously. Since when was a 2-1 series lead a time to panic? *shakes head* It's like the Wings are expected to sweep every series or something. Look at all the years the Wings won it and look what they had to do in nearly everyone of their series. There were times they were up by 2 and the other team came back to tie it and yet the Wings won in 6. There were times they were down 2-0 and swept the next four, there were also times where they split the first two games and then went on to win the next three. This is playoff hockey, peeps.

The Wings played really well last night for being on the road. It was great to see the Wings not let anything phase them..especially in the first period when the Flames were playing some desperate hockey. They definitely showed up to play, and they really played with heart and wanted to win. A couple mistakes is what cost them the loss, but that doesn't mean they didn't show up for the the game. While I don't think the Wings had a good first period *compared to the previous two games* I liked the fact that they didn't let the crowd, or the desperation of the Flames coming out hard and flying, phase them at all. They got it together and I was happy that the period ended at 0-0 especially for a road game. I give them props.

The ripping on Hank needs to stop. Seriously. Like I said before, it is going to take awhile for him to be absolutely on his game again. That's pretty fair seeing as how he's been out for 6 weeks with a herniated disk. That is not something you mess around with. A back problem is by far the worst you can have as a hockey player. Give the guy a break. He's an excellent player and we all know what he's capable of doing for the team so just let it be and let him do his thing. I'd imagine it has something to do with him being a former Canuck and well we all know the Nucks and Flames absolutely hate each other.

While we all think Lidstrom is perfect, the reality is no one is. It happens. Anyways I was on HFboards I read this from someone on their and I thought it was HILARIOUS!
