Eh doesn't bother me either way. Of course you'd like no touch icing for obvious reasons due to injuries, but then again I see nothing wrong with the way it is now. Mainly because I like the hustle to get an icing or negate it. I'm always "ICE IT...ICE IT!!" haha makes it more exciting..

You know I think it's pretty pathetic that most of everyone on this board think the Wings have no chance this season. I think the team as it is is GREAT, BUT they need some grit/toughness. One ore two more key players and dare I say I think the Wings could win the Cup. But whatever.. I guess it's better that they are the underdogs this year that way everyone can eat their crow if they go far. *Which I believe they will* GIVEN they do something at the deadline.

Yess! I remember Blake as I was/still am an Isles fan too. I was a fan of his, Bates, Parrish, Cairns, and the 'train wreck' Webb. Hahaha Blake could do wonders for the Wings.

Do I think he had a bad game? Absolutely not. Btw, it doesn't matter how many shots Vokoun faced. He could make 50 saves and it wouldn't be a big deal if they weren't quality shots./chances. He rarely had to make big saves and he isn't nowhere near the reason why the Preds won the game. Look at the chances against Oz compared to the ones against the Preds then tell me which goalie played better. You're kidding about the Blues in the playoffs right? Ozzie was not the reason they lost. I don't even know what series you were watching if that's the case. Why is it always the goaltenders fault in a playoff series? If I remember correctly Ozzie was the only one showing up in the series as their big time players *Tkachuk, Weight..etc* were not doing a damn thing along with Mac, Pronger, and Jackman all being out due to injuries. What more do you want of your goalie? A goalie can't win if his team isn't scoring. Plus Ozzie's was letting in two goals at the most per game in the playoffs. Pretty damn good if you ask me especially when his top D are out and no one is helping him. Like I said..not much he can do. It was a team collapse and lets not forget the entire team got sick with the flu during those games so that doesn't help either.

Exactly. He did get a piece of it but somehow it snuck under and got in. I gotta admit that Kariya's play to Forsberg was quite awesome. He made some great moves..they pretty muched deserved to score after that.
