I never said it was all fine and dandy now that Babs changed his mind in Ozzie's favor. I still think him changing his mind every week or so is damn annoying. Whether it favors Ozzie or not. One week it's "Dom is going back to back" the next it's "Ozzie won't play for awhile" and then it's all "Ozzie and Dom will split games" "Dom is playing against Nashville and Edmonton" and now it's changed all over again. Make up your mind and stick with it. I don't think that's a lot to ask I'm happy as hell that Ozzie is starting and I don't like the fact that everyone assumes because he's 'back up' that he can't handle the Predators. We are talking about a guy that is in top 10's and 20's of nearly every goaltending list career wise, and someone that's got one of the best winning percentages and has over 325 wins. Ozzie's played against great teams and time and time again in his career, he's also won majority of those games, and even stole a few. I don't care what anyone labels the guy. He can get the job done and that's all that matters.

Oh what I'd do for the Wings to get into a brawl. I miss those days! Damn the game seems exciting. I WANT CLIPS.

Thank you. Even aside from '98 Ozzie is damn good, proven, capable goaltender. I'm more than happy that he's starting against the Preds and I think that just shows the confidence the Wings/Babcock has in him. It was actually suprising to me how happy Babs was to have Ozzie back a week or so ago. He kept saying having him back was huge, and that the team has lots of confidence in him.

Great article. I can't wait for this weekend! These next 5 games with the Wings and Preds are going to be intense and exciting! Both battling for the centrald/conference. What more could you ask for!

I was at the game last night and I was probably the only one in my section doing the chants and screaming! UNTIL the third period where the crowd came to life after Dats goal. It was nuts after that. Like Heaton said I think it was a lot to do with who we were facing. Had it been the Preds, Stars..etc.. I think the crowd would of been WAY better and more into it.

Next time for sure. Haha I forgot to say that the Z animation on the Wings board was freaking sweet!

Just got back from the game!!! All I gotta say is hell yeaaaaaah! Yeah I know the Blackhawks ain't much but they played the Wings tough for the most part. What a friggin goal by Dats! That is was totally shifted the rest of the game! And can Hank be any more amazing? Seriously. 5 goals in the last 2 games and god knows how many in the last 10 or 12. AMAZING. Draper's line played great tonight, and Lang, Huds, and Cleary all had really good games. Great game by Dom as well. GO WINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
