This years team is faster, younger, and a bit more tougher. They'll be really tough within a week. With the acquistion of Markov, and Kronwall finally being able to play this season I like the defense much more, and having Dom and Ozzie makes the goaltending much better than last years for the postseason. Overall last years was better in the season, but I think this team can go much further into the playoffs especially since they've faced adversity throughout the season which definitely helps because they know how to react to that now.

I have Hank on my team as well BUT I haven't been keeping up with FH for well over a month.

Who said anything about trading Cleary? Despite his lack of production lately he's still a key player on this team. He's got A LOT of heart and plays his ass off every shift. I'm sure he'll get back to his ways of how he was a few months ago. Cleary's an asset on this team and I highly doubt the Wings would trade him. As for Williams? I'm sorry but I've pretty much given up on the guy. Great guy, but I wouldn't be so disappointed if he was traded. Better him than say a player like Hudler who has GREAT skill and will dominate with more ice time.

I miss when the Wings were able to roll 4 lines and then still have great depth down in GR. I still think they'll get someone in a few days..or actually two players and all will be well again! Wings actually have two lines that can score but the Cleary, Lang, Williams has just been awful. They should get it going soon.

Per Strickland. Tkachuk or Guerin? I know there are other threads, but I thought this needed it's own. It also talks about how Guerin would not have an issue playing with Chelios. Good to know. I think the Wings will definitely get one of the two despite what Holland is saying about maybe not needing to make a trade.
