So I'm confused. I really don't watch Football. How do the playoffs go? Isn't it one game and whoever loses is eliminated? Because I could of sworn I've seen the Pats/Broncos play two games...I'm lost. Who's left?

Going 8-3 and in most of those games allowing 2 or less goals. I'd consider that pretty damn good. Let's not forget the fact that he was runner up for player of the month in December. That doesn't come to players that are 'horrible'. Also, im sick of the soft goals crap. Every damn goalie in the league gives up a soft goals. In fact, im willing to bet that every goalie gives up at least one or two soft goals each and every game..unless of course their D doesn't help em out, or they get a shutout.

Theodore is more of a stretch, of course, but I'd definitely look into that rumor. As much as I like Legace, I don't think he's the guy. Osgood doesn't even deserve a mention, he's been awful. The article becomes more intriguing when Komisarek is mentioned. He plays a similar style to Fischer and would be a pretty good replacement for him. He is 23 and has a ton of potential but I doubt Gainey is looking for an all-star return package for him. Modin is the guy who interests me most. My best memory of him is last Olympics when he was an absolute beast for the Swedish team. His play with the Lightning in their Cup run was pretty good as well, however I haven't followed him at all this season. He's a big guy (and he uses his size) with a nice skillset and I think he'd look pretty damn good next to Zetterberg in the line-up. Plus, the more swedes the better amirite? Komisarek makes 900k and Modin is making 2.2m, not entirely sure the lengths of the contracts though. Thoughts? Osgood's been horrible? Oh yeah, two bad games after a month of being awesome. Definitely horrible.

Definitely Play. Like I said in the other thread. It'll help him to get some games under his belt, and up his game to where it was prior to the injury.

The best part is when a Detroit team plays a Seattle team, you can watch them twice, one time with a bias towards Detroit and later with a bias towards Seattle. I have no idea why they can't produce a show here, they have some local talent here that'd work. So the DSR is really in Seattle? Yes, but Mickey York, Trevor Thompson and the hunky Ryan Field are all local...the anchor desk and all the anchors are from Seattle. Aren't you glad you got up this morning to learn that piece of info? Woah! That's not cool. Cameron Wong, too? Haha. Ryan Field looks like kinda....well nevermind... The Wonger too.... What or who does Ryan Field look like? He looks like he wears make up, and his eyebrows are too perfect, I think he likes Williams or something cuz everytime he interviews him he be staring at him in this weird freaky way. sdjslgjsjgksd Hmm, wouldn't Art Regner be jealous? If Manny has a bad game, the fans won't rip on him. It's only like that with Oz. Pathetic I know. And you're right. This happens to every team, and it most definitely is a reality check. Wings fans are just too damn spoiled that the second the team loses by three goals it's all chaos as if the world had ended. Oh, they will if he ever actually becomes 'THE' #1 goaltender here. I remember waaaaay back when Ozzie was the golden boy... when he was a backup. I remember that as well. Back then it was Ozzie could do no wrong. Now it's Manny.
