I agree. When stumpy isn't injured he's pretty damn decent. For his age he still has lots of grit/meaness in him..he'll even drop the gloves if need be. He'd be good for our 4th line. I'd welcome him back.

I remember watching the Isles in 01-02 Parrish had a great season, and I kept saying to myself that I wish he was a Wing. I don't think he's very consistent but when he's on a hot streak he's awesome. I'd definitely get him.

I don't buy this at all. Why would Tampa want to trade away one of their top players, and the guy that was the MVP of the playoffs in '04? Makes no sense. UNLESS they have no room for him?

Yep. Gotta go with what Eva said. Let em have Rivers, we get Cooke and place him with Drapes and Malts. I've always like Cooke. Definitely would add some grit & toughness..plus he can't nearly any opposing player off their game..and can put up some points here and there. I think he'd be a perfect fit on this team.

That would be by far the dumbest move EVER in Wings history. Yeah lets trade the guy that works his ass off non stop game in and game out, the guy with so much heart & passion for the game, the one who just came off a selke trophy winning season, with unstoppable speed, the best penalty killing, and is starting to be up there in offense as well. I'm getting mad even though I know they'd never trade him. Still makes no sense to where this came about though.
