After watching the FSN southwest post game show, and now watching NHL Network
The only thing I am hearing is....
"Dallas didn't play well"
"Dallas spent too much time watching them"
"Dallas got a bad call against them"
"Dallas didn't get the calls"
Just once I would love to hear all of the ******* "Experts" speak the goddamn truth
Detroit was the best team in the NHL for a reason, they outplayed Dallas, they controlled the play. They earned the win tonight.
It wasn't because we got the calls. It was because (and here is the important point), WE ARE THE BETTER ******* TEAM
It pisses me off that after every ******* win, the focus it on something else.
Nashville series. Dan Ellis this, Dan Ellis that, Oh and Nashville has some major players injured.
Colorado. Theodore was sick, Forsberg was out, Wolski was out, Smyth was out, Stasny may be on life support, Sakic is in an old folks home. Quinville was senile.
now in only 1 game, I'm already hearing the piles of excuses. (and my responses to each)

Um HELLO... They've had 3+ days to rest (almost 4), Monday all day, Tuesday all day, Wednesday, all day, most of Thursday. Why the hell are they tired???

I have the game Tivo'd and I've been looking at the replays during the game and on NHL network. Homer WAS in the paint.... but, AT NO TIME WAS HE TOUCHING TURCO.... again to repeat. HOLMSTROM MADE NO CONTACT WITH TURCO.. Every angle I've seen proves that. They morons on NHL network are saying that "Turco needs to sell it more," Excuse me, isn't that diving and unsportsmanlike conduct?
