Ah yes, Versus...the same network that repeatedly showed commercials during the playoffs that made it look as though the 2008 Pittsburgh Penguins won the Cup. That said, they were better than usual last night, particularly Bill Patrick and crew between periods.

Someone needs to post that fantastic image showing Homer "interfering" with Fleury on the top and Osgood being smothered and interfered with on the bottom. That one highlights it pretty well.

I think with Blackburn, it was partially an issue of the Rangers just playing him too hard at the beginning of his career. He had the potential to be their next great goaltender (kid was damn good most nights) but they gave him too much of a workload too soon. Freak nerve injury ended his career prematurely at the age of 22.

Ditto for me too. I was a right bastard after Game 7. Especially to people who'd rub it in like my brother-in-law (who happens to be a so-called Devils fan, despite not paying any attention to them until the playoffs). -

I've still never seen video or a picture of Pronger with the Cup. I consider myself blessed for that.
