I loved all the Datsyuk/Ovechkin battles last night. And Ovechkin was DANGEROUS every time he's on the ice. Such an exciting player to watch.

Wow, there doesn't even seem to be much of an excuse for that one. Didn't seem to take a particularly weird hop or anything, Lundqvist just...missed.

I loved that. Just warmed my heart. And I don't normally like the "Sucks!" chants, but this is one I can get behind. You know, it's a shame, because I actually LIKE Dan Byslma.

Goalies are historically a quirky breed. Some might chalk it up to superstition with Ozzie and a subconscious issue with the new equipment, but I think he just knows what works for him. Sure, he tries the new stuff, but it always comes back to the stuff that works. Look at Shanny and his pads. Sentimental value? Sure. But it works for him. I say, more power to Ozzie for taking control and doing his best to maintain his game.
