Pure win. The fact of the matter is that the team played like garbage last night, while the Pens played their best...and the Wings STILL only lost by a goal. There's a silver lining there.

Newsflash, people. Lidstrom made some boneheaded moves last night too. Lilja's in the lineup because he hits and blocks shots. At this stage of the playoffs, he's a much better option than Chelios. When has Lilja had a good game, you ask? I seem to remember him being a beast in last year's playoffs. Of course, one turnover overshadows all that (do you guys even remember that in that SAME GAME, Lilja was the sole Wings goal scorer?). But you know what? Lilja's not Lidstrom. He's not the captain. He doesn't get paid like Nick. For the money he makes and the time he plays, he's just fine. If he's so goddamn horrible this postseason, why is he a +3 in 9 games? To compare... Bah, this jersey was (overall) 5-1 until tonight! If it falls to 5-3 on Saturday, it's back to the ol' 9-2 Lids jersey.
