Perhaps the linesman can't call the penalty, but he can stop play and report the infraction to the referees - courtesy of the very link you posted: I think what Clowe did should fall under either Rule 74 or Rule 75.

Sakic was a class act. Probably the only member of the Avs team during the rivalry that I just couldn't bring myself to hate because he was just a good guy and didn't get into all the whining and dirty s*** that other so-called team leaders engage in. Come to think of it, I haven't seen anything of him after he retired. He was always a quiet, humble guy a la Yzerman. I'd have to assume he's working for the Avs in some capacity, right?

I'm really going to go out on a limb and say Flyers in 5. Pens have home ice advantage and considering the Flyers haven't lost yet at Consol... And if the hockey gods are fair, Pittsburgh will open the series without Orpik after his attempt to injure via kneeing tonight. -
