I think we might need some new assistant coaches next season.
-
I see the PP hasn't improved.
-
Wow, Steen off for roughing. I'm...shocked.
-
Nah, it's just Brad Watson. Take your time blowing that whistle, you hack.
-
Anybody know why this game started so early (for being in St. Louis, I mean)?
-
NBC Sports: "Facts? What facts? GO CROSBY!" Nice tripping call. Oh, wait, there was no call.
-
Long time no see, kiddo. I think I've been bad luck lately, so I'm scared to watch this one. Plus having to deal with the ****** crew on NBCS.
-
Or when they asked him what he thought of Zata pretty much singlehandedly killing that one penalty, he said something to the effect of "I didn't think it was a big deal, anyone could do that." Little prick.
-
And Crosby responds because, hey, he's Crosby. http://www.post-gazette.com/stories/sports/penguins/crosby-responds-to-milburys-digs-629716/ Oh wait, maybe he's not going to respond... Phew, keeping his whiny mouth shut for a change. ...never mind. And of course, he unknowingly admits the whole double-standard when it comes to penalizing him. ...despite the fact that there have clearly been times he should have been penalized. Spoiled little baby boy just doesn't ******* get it.
-
And, predictably, Milbury pusses out while Uncle Gary makes him apologize to his precious baby boy and his crying fans. Ugh. There goes that little, tiny shred of respect I had gained for Milbury. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nhl-puck-daddy/mike-milbury-apologizes-penguins-fans-sidney-crosby-comments-163552336.html

Was barely a shove and Crosby went flying to the ice and instantly looked to the ref. It was also retaliatory for all the cheap s*** Gary's baby boy was getting away with during the game.
-
Milbury's in rare form regarding this game.
-
Thought so too. No need to PS what's already a witty sign.

I'd buy the Penguins. Then start taking advice from Charles Wang. -
Probably payback for his stick-breaking slashes that kept occurring - unpenalized, to boot - throughout the entire game. Seriously looked like he was going to cry when he was getting up, was hilarious.
-
Except for the Wings games against the Blue Jackets.
-
And it's funny how he's not seen as a "repeat offender" because even though he does that s*** all the time, he never gets suspended for it.
-
That fanbase would boo Lemieux himself if he went off to another team to be GM, guaranteed. Don't see us booing Stevie Y, though. But yes, the Hossa booing is idiotic, whether it's coming from Wings fans or Pens fans (more idiotic with Pens fans, as they only had him for a few MONTHS and not an entire season).

AMEN. I used to get NHL Center Ice every year when I had cable. But when I cut the cable, I just sought out streams online. This season, I decided to go legit again with GameCenter Live and have been sorely disappointed. It seriously seems as though every other game is on either NBC Sports or NHL Network, which automatically blacks it out on GCL. I can at least understand blacking out the NBC games, but NHL Network? IT'S THEIR OWN ******* NETWORK. As a result, I've had to go with non-legit streams for a ridiculous amount of games, despite paying for the NHL's service. I know I'm going to get equally screwed when the playoffs come around. When it is broadcasting the games, it's great and I have no complaints. On GCL, I can pick the feeds, whereas on Center Ice, I couldn't. But $180 to watch maybe 2/3 of the games (if not fewer)? Unh-uh. Not worth it. Give me access to the NHL Network/NBC Sports games and then we can talk. Tack on an additional $70 to the package; I can stomach $250/season for ALL the games. Not this half-assed "some of the games".

Howie's starting?
-
Just because I'm spiteful, go Coyotes.
-
Anybody happen to notice who was reffing this game? *points to sig* Not surprised in the least.
