Ozzie's made a lot of great saves. Game could be a lot closer if not for him. Kings feed is trying to jinx him. In any case, he's going to pass Vachon for 15th place all-time. And you're right, Reem...Kronner's been looking more and more like what we've expected out of him. Can't say I'm disappointed at all.

Call me crazy, but I sincerely think that if Datsyuk bulked up a little bit more, he could really turn into a physical force on this team. He's got that grit factor to him. Holy crap, Blake just FLATTENED Flip. Don't injure your soon-to-be-teammates, Rob! (kidding )

Kings PbP had that wrong. Ellis didn't have a grab on the Kings player there, his STICK was in that hand. Other way around...Kings player had his stick. Thus, perfectly good and legal play by Ellis.

I'm probably only going to watch to see Ozzie in the first period. Without Zata, it really diminishes my desire to watch, especially with Selfish Scott suddenly finding himself designated as an All-Star. Plus, I'm working all day Saturday, so I may just end up DVRing the skills competition if it even seems worth it.

Just about six minutes into the 2nd and we still don't have a shot on goal. Surprising. Maybe the Wings read that stat where they're 5-0 with SOG >28. In any case, we're being outshot 13-6 after 26 minutes.
