Okay, I left work early today, got myself a two hour nap (was up until 3am writing a paper) and I'm all refreshed and recharged for the game. That said, I don't want to see OT! And to keep the mojo going...GO LANG!

I just watched the clip myself. OW. That was deliberate, no question about it. Little bastards on the Preds are rubbing off on Weber in a really bad way.

After the first round of the playoffs, the rest of the NHL saw what we had seen all season. Now, after the Preds have been eliminated, the whole WORLD can see what we had seen all season. That said, Shea Weber isn't one of the inherently dirty ones on Nashville, so I'm a little surprised at his conduct.

I've always wondered that. They always play it whenever A) the Devils score their first goal or B) the Devils score a big goal.

I don't think any of us can fault you for that. I was feeling the same way. They sure know how to make it dramatic, don't they? If they give up two early goals in Game 3 though, I'm gonna be livid. Clement says that up until today, no team in the playoffs this year has overcome a two-goal deficit and gone on to win the game. Good sign.
