Avery has definitely matured. I think he's becoming the player he'll be for the rest of his career.

Great first period. Could have easily been 4-0 with a couple of luckier shots from Dats, Homer or Zetts. Then again, it could also be 2-1 taking into account Conroy's (?) shot off the post. In any case, I like the way our guys came out. They showed that their physicality in Game 1 wasn't an aberration.
