This pretty much originated from a thread on reddit regarding shoddy quality of jerseys and nameplates and such on Shop.NHL.com. Apparently http://www.coolhockey.com/ is one of the few licensed jersey customization companies out there and they're doing a nice sale promotion. Here's what the guy on reddit had to say: 58% off jersey customizations. Not too shabby. Thought it might interest at least some of you here.

I still think it's funny that they think Hudler broke Sharp's wrist. I watched that replay just about as many times as Homer's supposed trip on Seabrook (who displayed a masterful dive instead) and didn't see anything even remotely close to something from Jiri that would have broken Sharp's wrist.

I'm still not sold that Conks is "back". He's performed better recently, but his record and stats still give me the heebie-jeebies: 3-5-0 (10GP), 3.20 GAA, .886 SV% And that's with one shutout in the mix too. I'm not panicking though, honestly. Our defense just needs to play even better in front of him. No odd-man rushes, no lazy line changes, etc.

(Disclaimer: This is NOT my opinion, only something I've read around the internets.) Some people are theorizing that the Pittsburgh docs aren't 100% at fault, but instead were ultimately pressured by Crosby to allow him to keep playing after the Steckel hit.
