Just thought of something. Technically, if we win the Cup, Stevie could hoist it again, right? I mean, if the Vice President wants to hoist the Cup on the ice, he should be allowed to, right? He'll just be wearing a suit instead of a jersey.

I doubted it initially, but I think the Avery pick-up might have been the best move the Rangers made this season around the whole deadline rush (even though it was made over two weeks before the deadline). I'd like to see them hit the postseason again this season. They could make some noise, especially with their veteran leadership and the fact that Lundqvist's got the rookie playoff performance behind him now.
