Nice delay on falling to the ice too. Guess he noticed the ref hadn't called anything, so he needed to make a bigger spectacle of himself. Nice to see that he's carrying on the proud Penguins diving tradition though. -

Might as well tack on the Conference Finals appearance in 2007 as well. That's 15 rounds of hockey in the past 5 seasons, essentially averaging 3-rounds-deep over that time.

I don't know what the big deal was with having numbers on the front of the helmets. Barely notice 'em, not distracting in the least. And love Jimmy's mask, dammit. Sportsnet is crucifying the Sens. Heh.

Same thing I was thinking. I know it's "only" Ottawa, but we're looking damn fine out there. And remember, last season we weren't winning the games against those teams that were "only" insert-team-name-here, so this is already an improvement. Spreading out the scoring too.

Nah, that was just the LED backlights from IKEA that make it look good. The one I'm watching it on right now, we got back in '06 (37" 1080i Philips). New one's a 47" Vizio 1080p w/ 3D, Wi-Fi, 480Hz refresh ratio and 10,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. Should be showing up tomorrow. I decided to spend some of the fruits of my video shoots. *drool*
