That was a great post. I never expected a sweep, but to see them lose a game that we could have had a giant advantage out of the gate, is not a good sign. That 4 min PP was crucial. I hope we can get special teams back and nowish.

Your right. The lack of power play production has no bearing on the post season. The game would have had a different complexion had we gone up early on the 4 min power play we had. As for putting it in the game day thread, I think I can put a topic out there if I want to. If you dont want to read it thats your choice.

Its not that they some of us have no hope left, but some of us have seen over the last 5 years what happens with this team. Teams steal one from us and come back harder, and then we cant put the wheels back on again. That is what you are seeing. Did this team look confident in the 3rd period? Not to me they didnt.

Should be deleted? You think the powerplay has been good? Not sure what was so off the wall in this post that would merrit deletion. If the Wings cant pick up the PP scoring at key times this series wont end the way we want it too. I dont think that view deserves a deletion.

At this point he is a grinder at best. In the playoffs you dont really have alot of time to get back on your game. He should not have been anywhere near the PP tonight. And after seeing the tinted visor, I think him playing on the grind line should have been more than enough.

I for one have alot of questions after tonight. Number 1. How is Lang still playing any minutes on this team Number 2. What was Bertuzzi doing out there on the PP? He should have sat after the 1st period. Why would Babcock put a guy on the powerplay after sitting with a concussion? He looked awful on the power play all night. And more times than not was not even near where he should be. Babcock should have his head examined.
